The Presentation

The presentation is going to be on the 29.5 so in a bit more than a month. We will have to show our protect and well present it of course.

In the morning the other kids in the school can walk around and look at our project and then later in the evening the adults so the parents and teachers will lokk at it. I am already nervous!

Things Left To Buy


I still need to buy pants and those puffy things for the arms and that’s sorta hard because the need to be the same color. I also need to buy a body and more colors because well I still need to paint the armor. I think I will buy the body online. The problem with the body ist that it is brown so I have to sew a silver thing around it so it also looks like armor.

Update

Sooo... I didn't make a post in a while because uhm I forgot to.. c: Well anyways.. I still have to do some things on my Cosplay because I didn't work on it lately.. I think I have about 3-4 weeks left which is scary because there is really a lot of things to do ugh. I really enjoy working on it of course but it's also hard especially because im certainly not talented in doing such a thing but I am trying my best. Despite from making the Cosplay I also have to make a documentation which is practically just some sites where I have to write down what I did how long and when I worked on it and blah, blah..
So yeah a lot of work has to be done. c:

Atleast One Problem Is Solved c:

Okay, uhm, so I was having a hard time finding out what to do for that stomach part and guess what, I found a solution! I think I will buy a really tight body which sort of presses everything together. I saw it in a normal magazin and I new that'd be perfect. The only problem is that those bodes are either black or skin colored and it needs to be silver. I am just going to sew silver cloth over it and I hope that works!

Headpiece Problems (；￣Д￣）

Hello,

So the last time i worked on my project was last week on wednesday and I was working on my headpiece. It turned out pretty good even though it still has this brownish color but i mean i didn't color it yet. I don't know yet what i should do so I can wear it because its not directly on the forehead its a little bit above and i really don't know how to do that but oh well i will find a solution :)

Update

So I bought a lot of things already the pictures are gonna come with my next post. Right now im trying to make the sketches of the different pieces and I am having a really hard time figuring some things out.. Like I looked at pictures from some other cosplayers and I don't really know how to do some things. For example the thing i marked on this picture is how you probably can see armor. All the other cosplayers used clothing for it. I don't think I would look good in really tight clothing so I don't want to do that now I am sorta confused because I don't have much of an option. The only other ways would be either body painting which I would never do or if i would make the whole thing out of worbla but if I do that I don't think I will be able to move properly in it.. Well i still have some time to think about it I guess I hope I find a solution soon.

Progress

Luckily my worbla arrived yesterday.  It is way bigger than i expected it to be. Tomorrow I'm going to by the different colors. I will need black, silver, gold, white and grey. I of course will also need painting brushes. I also made some sketches and I'm worrying about some parts already. I don't know if it will work out well with the armor since as more as i look at it as harder it seems. There are some easy things like the head piece but I'm scared to make the top since it looks really difficult to make but I just hope that it'll work out. I think the funniest thing will be to draw the details on the armor since it just looks so pretty.
